Question 1

How do credits work?

Accepted Answer

1 credit equals 1 naira. Your wallet balance is shown in credits, and every spin costs a set number of credits published on the wheel page.

Question 2

What are free spins?

Accepted Answer

Signed in players receive a daily free spin. Free spins cost nothing, always play at 1x, and reset each day.

Question 3

What does a higher stake do?

Accepted Answer

Raising the stake multiplies both the credits you risk and the credit prize you win. A 5x stake on a 1,000 credit wedge pays 5,000 credits.

Question 4

What is a BRAY wedge?

Accepted Answer

BRAY is a no win wedge. The stake for that turn is spent and nothing is credited back.

Question 5

Are the results fair?

Accepted Answer

Every result is determined on our servers before the wheel starts turning. The animation only reveals an outcome that has already been recorded.

Question 6

Can I play without an account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Visitors get a few practice spins. Practice spins are for fun only, so nothing is credited. Sign in to play for real prizes.

Question 7

How do I add credits?

Accepted Answer

Open Top up, enter the naira amount you want to transfer, and you will receive a reference code plus our bank details. Send the transfer using that reference in the narration.

Question 8

How long does approval take?

Accepted Answer

Transfers are confirmed manually by our team. Once approved, the credits appear in your wallet and the request shows as approved in your top-up history.

Question 9

Why was my top-up not credited?

Accepted Answer

The most common reason is a missing or wrong reference in the transfer narration. Contact us with your proof of payment and we will match it.

Question 10

Can I withdraw credits?

Accepted Answer

Credits are used for play and for prize redemption. Cash style payouts are handled through the jackpot claim process and are reviewed by our team.

Question 11

How do I claim a gift prize?

Accepted Answer

Winning a gift wedge creates a claim with a reference. Open the claim, reveal your coupon or partner contact, then submit your delivery details so we can verify and dispatch.

Question 12

How are jackpots paid?

Accepted Answer

Jackpot wins are held for review instead of being credited instantly. Claim the payout from the win screen or your profile, and once approved the credits are released to your wallet with a receipt.

Question 13

How long does verification take?

Accepted Answer

Most claims are reviewed within one business day. You can track the status on the claim page at any time.

Question 14

How do referrals work?

Accepted Answer

Every player has a referral code on their profile. Share the code or invite link, and when a friend signs up with it and their first top-up is approved you earn the referral reward in credits.

Question 15

Why has my referral not paid out yet?

Accepted Answer

The reward is released only after the referred player's first top-up is approved, and it pays once per referred player.

Question 16

I did not receive my verification code.

Accepted Answer

Codes can take a minute and sometimes land in spam. You can resend after the cooldown ends. If the address is already registered, use Forgot password instead of signing up again.

Question 17

How do I reset my password?

Accepted Answer

Choose Forgot password on the sign in page, enter your email, then use the code we send to set a new password.

Question 18

Who can see my details?

Accepted Answer

Your wallet, spin history and claim details are private to your account and our review team. Public feeds show only a shortened first name and the prize.
